Actress and model Dayle Haddon has died and another person has been hospitalised due to a carbon monoxide leak at a home in Pennsylvania, authorities have said. Haddon modelled for brands including Estée Lauder and L’Oreal, and appeared on the front of magazines including Sports Illustrated and Vogue Paris in the 1970s. A 76-year-old man was found dead in a second-floor bedroom, identified as Haddon, and a second man, Walter J. Blucas, was hospitalised. The leak was caused by a faulty exhaust pipe on the building’s heating system.
