An eerie whizzing sound followed by a big boom startled Kenyan villagers relaxing recently one afternoon with family and friends. “It sounded like a bomb, I was shocked. I started looking around, also wondering if it was gunshots,” Stephen Mangoka, a 75-year-old farmer from Makueni county’s Mukuku village, told the BBC.
An inordinate large metallic ring fell on farmland, and was met with fear, excitement and later, the relief that it hadn’t damaged homes or hurt anyone.
After it had fallen, Mukuku villagers had some interesting moments such as some attempting to buy off the parts or some selling other stuff alongside and then selling even more… Some other onlookers posed photos alongside and talked about where such things might originate.
Other things you know: a round metal ring in Kenya came and was observed around and by Kenyan and American space scientists after some thought where it originated with regards to previous rockets; engineers were given hints to learn which rockets created something similar so one rocket team shared it wasn’t them though in another situation 3 more or less came crashing down into people and lands!
